Mugen remake with KOF XIII characters from the game KOF EX2 Howling Blood, a game made for Gameboy Advance by Playmore. The screenpack is by Hloader, the latter was made with a Mugen 1.0 version and I preferred to convert it to a Mugen 1.1 version (I always work with Mugen 1.1). Game Download
